Meet Jackie!
Holistic Nutritionist, Certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP) & HTMA Specialist supporting women through root-cause, holistic care.
I’m Jackie Robb, a Holistic Nutritionist and Certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP) based in Austin, TX. I help women who feel burned out, exhausted, bloated, or stuck in their bodies uncover the root causes of fatigue, metabolic imbalance, digestive issues, and hormone or thyroid concerns — especially when they’ve been told their labs are “normal,” but nothing feels right.
Why I do this work…
I specialize in supporting burned-out caretakers because I was one.
I was born with congenital hypothyroidism and spent years unknowingly running my body into the ground. As a former elementary teacher, I lived on coffee, adrenaline, and no breaks — pushing through every day, then crashing hard by 2pm.
I know your schedule because I lived it.
The meal planning.
The grocery runs.
Putting everyone else first while your body quietly asked for help.
So when I say I get it — I really do.
Your symptoms are real.
The fatigue.
The bloating.
The weight that won’t budge.
The sleep you can’t seem to get.
Who I Help…
I work best with women who are:
Experiencing burnout or chronic fatigue
Struggling with low energy, brain fog, or poor sleep
Dealing with digestive discomfort or bloating
Navigating hormone or thyroid imbalance
Tired of doing “all the right things” and still feeling off
If that sounds like you, you’re in the right place.
This Is Different Care…
This is not a 15-minute, in-and-out primary care visit.
And this is absolutely not a space where you’ll be dismissed, minimized, or gaslit.
As a Certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, I take a root-cause, whole-body approach — looking at how digestion, blood sugar, mineral balance, hormones, stress, and the nervous system all work together.
Real - Life shapes
the way I work…
I live this work outside of client sessions, too.
I’m married to a runner, so nutrition and sleep are regular conversations in our house! I’m also a mom to a very picky teen when it comes to food, which means getting creative with meals and finding realistic ways to add nourishment without power struggles. And if you’re wondering about chaos, my two dogs ( Walt + Dash) happily create it every single day without even being asked!
Movement is part of my daily life. I’m new to yoga practice (shout out to Black Swan Yoga!), love a good walk to clear my head, and lifting weights is truly my jam! I don’t believe movement has to be extreme to be effective, but it does need to be supportive and sustainable!
When it comes to food, I’m a big fan of a good hodge-podge meal! Simple, flexible plates that come together with what you have on hand and still nourish your body!
That real-life experience is exactly why I focus on tiny, sustainable habits in my 1:1 work. Healing doesn’t come from doing everything perfectly. It comes from building small, supportive routines that fit into real life and actually stick!
My Food-Forward,
Root-Cause Approach
I believe deeply in a food-forward approach to healing. When digestion is supported, food can provide an incredible amount of nourishment and information to the body.
Whenever possible, we start by optimizing meals, digestion, and daily habits before layering in supplementation. Supplements can be helpful, but they work best when they’re supporting a strong foundation… not replacing one.
This approach allows my clients to feel more empowered, less overwhelmed, and more connected to their bodies!
If You’re Ready…
If you’re ready to work with someone who has been in those shoes and knows how to help you rebuild from the inside out — you’ve found her!
