This started as something small… and turned into something really meaningful.

In a season where I was focusing on regulating my nervous system—slowing down, getting out of my head, and back into my body, I found myself reaching for simple, creative things. No pressure. No productivity. Just… play! (something I hadn’t done in a while!)

Beading became one of those things!

And the more I leaned into it, the more I realized… this is exactly what “little Jackie” would have loved. Sitting on the floor, making something colorful, not worrying about the outcome… just enjoying the process.

That’s the part we lose as adults…
And that’s also the part that helps bring our nervous system back to a place of calm.

So these aren’t just accessories.
They’re little reminders.

To slow down.
To play more.
To add a little joy back into your day… in the smallest, simplest way.
