There I was feeling absolutely exhausted but showing up at the gym, not seeing any results and feeling like something was wrong with me so not losing weight when I saw that cute poster and decided to give it try. I have no regrets! It's been so great to learn more about my body and the foods that are best for me. It's been so nice to focus on myself rather than chase down a number on the scale. I feel its was totally the right program for both me and my husband, I tell literally everyone I know about this and how much its helped me feel better about myself.
